haha. yeah, i use an authenticator but still have issues sometimes - whenever a hacker gets my password and login, they keep trying to log into my account over and over again despite the fact that I have an authenticator.
luckily, they can't log my character or change my password, but what Blizzard doesn't mention is that they DO lock you out for a period of time - "too many attempts to log on" error because of the keylogger - basically, you need to not try to log on for an hour or so because of the hacker who tried to log without the authenticator... this is annoying.
